Cashback will be credited to the eligible client’s rewards account within 15 business days.

If You Win a Physical Prize
Clients must respond within 5 business days with delivery details. Prizes will be dispatched within 60 business days after notification.*
At the end of the promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify qualified clients by email from [email protected] within 15 business days.
Clients must respond within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification and provide the required personal details for prize delivery. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
Prizes will be dispatched within 60 business days of notification. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond Vantage’s control, including courier delays. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information. Vantage is not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion and processed in accordance with Vantage’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
All prizes are subject to availability. If a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage may, at its discretion, replace it with an item, voucher, or cash equivalent of similar value.
