1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern Vantage Glory 2026 (Power the Pool Size & Predict & Win the Glory) ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Vantage Glory 2026 Promotion consists of multiple stages conducted during the following periods (based on system time):

2.1 Power the Pool Size: From 11 June 2026 to 28 June 2026 (both dates inclusive)

2.2 Predict & Win the Glory: From 29 June 2026 to 20 July 2026 (both dates inclusive)

Note: Pick Champion selections must be submitted on or before 10 July 2026. Match Prediction participation continues until 20 July 2026.

Each stage has distinct mechanics and trading requirements but is connected. Points accumulated during Stage 2.1 carry forward into Stage 2.2 and will determine each eligible client's proportional share of the prize pool. Clients who participate in Stage 2.1 will therefore have a higher points base entering Stage 2.2.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual, Swap Free, or Trading View trading account with Vantage;
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

Multiple accounts controlled by the same individual or group may be disqualified. Vantage reserves the right to consolidate or void rewards where abuse is suspected.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or Vantage App.
• Clients who opt in to Stage 2.1 will be automatically enrolled in Stage 2.2.
• Clients who did not participate in Stage 2.1 may opt in directly to Stage 2.2 via the Client Portal or Vantage App. Please note that points accumulated during Stage 2.1 carry forward into Stage 2.2. Clients opting in directly to Stage 2.2 will begin with zero accumulated points, which will affect their proportional share of the prize pool.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

5.1 Power the Pool Size

Eligible clients are required to meet the trading requirements in order to contribute to the prize pool during Promotion Period stated in 2.1 (From 11 June 2026 to 28 June 2026):

• Only trading activity after opt-in will be counted;
• Only closed trades and not hedging trades on all eligible CFD products that are held for a minimum of ten (10) minutes will be counted toward this Promotion.
• All trading volume, points of accumulation, and reward calculations under this Promotion are conducted on a trading account-level basis and not aggregated at the user level.
• The prize pool accumulated under Section 5.1 Power the Pool Size will be carried forward as the final prize pool for the 5.2 Predict and Win the Glory Promotion and distributed to eligible winning clients in accordance with these Terms. Vantage reserves the right to adjust or determine the final prize pool amount at its sole discretion.

5.2 Predict and Win the Glory

Eligible clients may continue to trade to accumulate points during the promotion period stated in 2.2 (From 29 June 2026 to 20 July 2026). The prize pool is fixed during this stage and will not increase further. Clients who continue trading during Stage 2.2 will accumulate additional points, which will proportionally increase their share of the prize pool relative to other eligible winning clients.

• Only trading activity after opt-in will be counted.
• Only closed trades and not hedging trades on all eligible CFD products that are held for a minimum of ten (10) minutes will be counted toward this Promotion.
• All trading volume, points of accumulation, and reward calculations under this Promotion are conducted on a trading account-level basis and not aggregated at the user level.
• If any match is postponed, cancelled, abandoned, or materially changed, Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the relevant prediction round and determine an alternative outcome methodology at its sole discretion.

The Predict and Win the Glory Promotion consists of two (2) prediction sections:

5.2.1 Pick Champion

• Eligible clients can select one (1) country as the FIFA World Cup 2026 Champion Country among thirty-two (32) countries during the Promotion Period. Once a selection has been submitted, it shall be final and cannot be changed.
• Eligible clients must submit their Pick Champion selection on or before 10 July 2026. Clients who opt in to Stage 2.2 after 10 July 2026 will not be eligible to participate in the Pick Champion prediction and will therefore not be entitled to share in the Pick Champion prize pool, regardless of points accumulated.
• Champion Country refers to the team officially declared as winner of the final match by the tournament organizer.
• A minimum of 100 participants who correctly select the FIFA World Cup 2026 Champion Country is required.
• If fewer than one hundred (100) eligible clients correctly select the Champion Country, the prize pool may be rolled over, cancelled, redistributed, or otherwise handled by Vantage at its sole discretion.
• Where the requirement is satisfied, the prize pool will be shared among all eligible winning clients based on their accumulated points, with higher points resulting in a larger share of the prize pool, as follows:
  Prize per client = (Individual Client’s Total Accumulated Points ÷ Total Accumulated Points of All Eligible Winning Clients) x Final Prize Pool Amount

5.2.2 Match Prediction

• Eligible clients may participate in predictions for each match stage, including Round of 32, 16, 8, and 4.
• Predictions apply to the official match result at the end of regular time only. Any variation to this rule for a specific match will be communicated to clients via the Client Portal or Vantage App in advance of that match, and will constitute a formal amendment under Section 8 of these Terms.
• Clients who correctly predict the outcome in any round will be entitled to the rewards as outlined below:

Additional rewards will be awarded in the Round of 8 and Round 4 to highest notional volume winning clients of each round.

Disclaimer: All brand names, product names, and trademarks mentioned in connection with the prizes are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any of the brands listed as prizes. The estimated retail value of each prize may vary depending on availability, region, and local market conditions. While Vantage will use reasonable efforts to reflect current retail values, no guarantee is made that the estimated value will correspond to the actual retail value at the time of delivery.

• At the end of Promotion on 20 July 2026, Vantage will issue vouchers to eligible clients' accounts within 15 business days.
• Upon receipt of the voucher, clients must trade a minimum of 4 standard lots on eligible CFD products to use the voucher. Eligible CFD products are Forex, Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD), Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD) and Crypto (BTCEUR, BTCUSD) with a minimum holding period of ten (10) minutes.
• The vouchers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Any unused vouchers will be void after expiration.
• Additional clauses relating to the vouchers are described in the Appendix.

6. Physical Prize Fulfillment and Delivery

• At the end of the Promotion, Vantage will review eligible accounts and notify qualified clients via email within fifteen (15) business days.
• Clients must respond and submit the required personal details within five (5) business days of receiving the email notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in prize forfeiture.
• Clients must provide Vantage with their full name, residential address, email address and phone number to facilitate the shipping of their prize. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information as required. Vantage will not be held liable for any failure in prize delivery due to incorrect or inaccurate information provided by them. Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with Vantage's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• Physical prizes will be dispatched within ninety (90) business days of the notification date. Delivery times may be affected by external factors beyond Vantage's control (e.g. courier delays).
• All physical prizes are subject to availability. In the event of extraordinary circumstances where a prize becomes unavailable, Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute or replace the prize with an alternate item or voucher of similar value, or to offer a cash equivalent of up to 100% of the estimated value of the prize.

7. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false or misleading information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to churning, hedging and/or any form of market manipulation.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion. This includes withholding or cancelling any rewards in cases of violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive practices related to the Promotion. Any updates or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction

This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability in relation to the Promotion is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total value of any rewards provided under the Promotion.

APPENDIX

Cash Voucher

• To view the vouchers obtained, clients may tap on their in-app "Profile" icon, under the "Coupons" tab or access via Client Portal, under "Coupons'' at the header.
• Clients must click "Use" and select an eligible trading account in order to redeem the cash amount.
• Vouchers are issued in USD. For accounts with a base currency other than USD, the voucher amount will be converted into the account's base currency at the prevailing market exchange rate, as quoted by Vantage's liquidity providers at the time of usage.
• The redeemed voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only.

DEFINITIONS

1. System Time refers to the MetaTrader (MT) system time, which operates on GMT+2 or GMT+3, depending on daylight saving time adjustments.

2. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

3. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

4. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying theunderlying asset's price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

5. Voucher refers to a custom-issued digital reward granted to eligible clients, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

6. Prize refers to any of the items or rewards specified in the Promotion, including but not limited to physical items, vouchers or cash prizes.

7. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

8. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP, ECN, Swap Free, Perpetual, TradingView accounts. Copy Trading accounts, Cent, Premium, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.

2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.

3. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.

4. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.

5. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
