美股差价合约价格预测活动条款与细则
1. 简介
本条款与细则（以下简称“条款”）适用于由 Vantage Global Limited（以下简称“Vantage”或“公司”）提供的 “美股差价合约价格预测活动”（以下简称“促销活动”），Vantage Global Limited 是一家在瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC）注册的公司，注册号为 700271。参与本促销活动即表示您承认并同意遵守本条款。
2. 促销期限
本促销活动从 2026 年 6 月 22 日至 2026 年 7 月 10 日（以系统时间为准）（“促销期”），包含首尾两日。
- 选择参与期：2026 年 6 月 22 日至 2026 年 6 月 28 日
- 预测期：2026 年 7 月 6 日至 2026 年 7 月 10 日
只有在选择加入期内成功选择加入的客户才有资格参与预测期。选择加入期后选择加入的客户将没有资格参与预测期。
3. 申请资格
促销活动对符合以下条件的客户开放：
- 必须在 Vantage 拥有 STP, ECN, 跟单交易, Swap Free, TradingView, Premium 以及 Perpetual 交易账户。
- 必须是合格国家/地区的居民。
4. 参与要求
要参与，客户必须：

- 客户可在当日18:00（GMT+3）前提交收盘价预测。最终结果将以MT5 VantageMarkets-Live 系统在上述时间记录的收盘价为准。
- 客户必须预测产品收盘价的整数部分。
例如：如果实际产品价格为 396.72，则预测 396 将被视为正确预测，而预测 397 将被视为错误预测。
6. 赠金或奖励结构
- 符合条件的获奖客户将获得如下奖励：

- 客户必须交易至少5个标准手符合条件的差价合约产品才能平仓，方可获得每张优惠券。符合条件的差价合约产品包括外汇、黄金（XAUUSD、XAUAUD）、白银（XAGUSD、XAGAUD）、原油（CL-OIL、USOUSD、UKOUSD）和加密货币（BTCEUR、BTCUSD），最短持仓时间为10分钟。
- 优惠券自发行之日起30天内有效。任何未使用的优惠券将在过期后失效。

额外奖励
- 促销活动结束后，在预测期内预测正确次数最多的客户将在15个工作日内收到如下所述的额外奖励。

8. 更改和终止
Vantage保留自行决定修改、暂停或终止本促销活动或任何条款的权利，包括从参与者账户中移除、扣除或撤销任何奖励，以及取消通过使用代金券奖励产生的任何利润。这可能是由于违反条款、可疑或滥用交易行为或滥用促销活动所致。更新或变更将通过电子邮件通知并在网站上发布。
9. 地方法律和司法管辖权
本促销活动受瓦努阿图法律法规的约束。一旦参与，即表示您同意因这些条款而产生的任何争议将受瓦努阿图法院管辖，并由瓦努阿图法院解决。

定义
1. 系统时间指 MetaTrader (MT) 系统时间，根据夏令时调整，采用 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 时区。
2. 合格客户指符合本条款中规定的参与促销活动的资格标准的客户。
3. 合格国家/地区指客户可通过其客户端访问促销活动的国家或地区，但须遵守当地法律法规。
4. 新资金指入金客户账户的新资金，该资金并非来自现有的 Vantage 交易账户，且在促销期开始前 30 天内或促销期内未曾提取并重新入金。内部转账、余额或现金调整、介绍人/联盟返利或任何形式的佣金均不视为新资金或新入金，因此不计入本次促销活动。
5. 优惠券指根据本条款与细则授予合格客户的定制数字奖励
6. 奖品指促销活动中指定的任何物品或奖励，包括但不限于实物、优惠券或现金奖励。
7. 频繁交易指的是仅仅为了从促销优惠中获益而开设和关闭外汇保证金或差价合约交易，而不是根据合理的投资策略执行交易。
8. 可疑交易活动指Vantage经合理评估后认定会损害其服务或市场完整性的任何行为，包括持有相反仓位、利用低流动性或价格缺口，或从事滥用行为。详情请参阅网站上的客户协议。
一般条款与细则
