1. 简介
本条款与条件（“条款”）适用于由 Vantage Global Limited（“Vantage”或“公司”）提供的“5% 加密货币入金返利”活动（“活动”）。Vantage 注册于瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC），注册号为 700271。参与本活动即表示您确认并同意遵守本条款。
2. 活动期限
本活动自2025年12月8日至2026年1月8日止，按照系统时间计算（“活动期限”）。
3. 参与资格
本活动仅对符合以下条件的指定 Vantage 客户开放：
- 已收到参与本活动的邀请邮件；
- 必须为符合条件国家/地区的居民。
若您在活动期间未看到相关活动入口，则表示您无资格参与本活动。Vantage 保留随时修改或终止活动内容之权利，恕不提前通知。
4. 参与条件
客户需满足以下条件方可参与：
- 通过客户端（Client Portal）或应用程序完成活动报名（Opt-in）；
- 通过加密货币支付渠道向真实交易账户或 V-Wallet 完成符合条件的首次活动入金（“campaign FTD”）；
- 在符合条件的 CFD 产品上完成至少 100,000 美元的名义交易量（Notional Volume）：
符合条件的 CFD 产品包括黄金、白银、原油及加密货币，最低持仓时间为 10 分钟。
5. 奖励结构
- 符合条件的客户将获得 campaign FTD 金额的 5% 返利，上限为 100 美元。
- 活动结束后，Vantage 将审核所有符合条件的账户，并于 15 个工作日内将返利发放至符合资格的账户。
6. 取消资格
若发现以下任一情况，Vantage 有权取消客户参与资格：
- 违反本条款；
- 进行滥用交易行为，如冲量交易（churning）或可疑交易活动；
- 提供虚假信息或从事欺诈行为。
7. 修改与终止
Vantage 有权自行决定修改、暂停或终止活动或本条款，包括撤销返利或取消因返利产生的利润。此类情况可能因违反条款或存在滥用/可疑交易行为而发生。所有更新将发布于 Vantage 网站及应用程序。
8. 法律适用与管辖
本活动受瓦努阿图相关法律法规管辖。参与活动即表示您同意所有争议将由瓦努阿图法院专属管辖与裁决。
9. 数据保护与隐私
参与活动即表示您同意 Vantage 按照官网所载的隐私政策收集与处理您的个人数据。
10. 责任限制
Vantage 对因参与本活动而引起的任何损失、损害或索赔不承担责任。在法律允许的最大范围内，Vantage 的责任不超过根据本活动发放的返利或奖励金额。

定义
1. 系统时间 ：指 MetaTrader（MT）系统时间，运行于 GMT+2 或 GMT+3（依夏令时调整）。

3. V-Wallet ：指 Vantage 平台向符合条件客户提供的加密货币钱包服务，用于存储和管理加密资产。Vantage 仅提供钱包界面访问，不运营、管理或代客持有数字资产。
4. 名义交易量 ：指衍生品合约的总价值，由标的资产价格乘以交易手数计算得出。
公式：名义交易量（美元）= 交易手数 × 合约规模 × 标的资产收盘价 × 当日产品兑美元汇率
5. 符合条件客户 ：指符合本条款所列参与条件的客户。
6. 符合条件国家/地区 ：指可通过客户端参与本活动的国家/地区，须符合当地法律法规。
7. 冲量交易 ：指仅为获取活动奖励而频繁开平仓，而非基于合理投资策略的交易行为。
8. 可疑交易活动 ：指 Vantage 认为可能影响市场或服务公平性的行为，例如持有对冲方向仓位、利用低流动性或价格跳空、或其他滥用行为。详见官网《客户协议》。
一般条款与细则
1. 本活动仅适用于有效的 STP 与 ECN 账户。Cent 账户及以 USDT、BTC、ETH 为基础货币的账户皆不符合资格，除非另有说明。
2. 通过 PAMM/MAM 或资金管理人推荐的客户无资格参与任何 Vantage 活动，除非另有说明。
3. 客户禁止使用交易信用赠金（credit）进行对冲操作。若发现违反，Vantage 有权撤销交易信用及其产生的利润。
4. 新账户须遵循 Vantage 的标准审核流程。客户须自行了解当地法律法规，并确认本活动可能不适用于所有司法辖区。
5. 客户须确保其交易行为符合自身风险偏好。本活动并非旨在改变客户的风险倾向或交易策略。
6. 客户同意保障并使 Vantage 免于承担因参与本活动而产生的任何索赔，包括违反条款或适用法律。
7. 若本条款英文版与其他语言版本存在差异，以英文版本为准。
