1. 简介

9. 地方法律和司法管辖权

定义
1. 系统时间指 MetaTrader (MT) 系统时间，根据夏令时调整情况，采用 GMT+2 或 GMT+3 时区。

公式：名义交易量（美元）= 交易手数 × 合约规模 × 标的资产收盘价 × 当日产品兑美元汇率
6. 奖品指促销活动中指定的任何物品或奖励，包括但不限于实物、礼券或现金奖品。
7. 频繁交易指仅为获取促销优惠而频繁开仓和平仓差价合约交易，而非基于合理的投资策略进行交易。
8. 可疑交易活动指Vantage经合理评估后认定会损害其服务或市场诚信的任何行为，包括持有相反仓位、利用低流动性或价格缺口进行交易，或从事任何滥用行为。详情请参阅相关规定。
一般条款和条件
1. 此优惠活动仅适用于有效的STP、ECN、Premium账户、Perpetual户、TradingView账户、Swap Free账户、跟单交易账户、Cent账户或无限杠杆账户。除非另有明确说明，USDT、BTC和ETH货币账户不符合参与资格。
2. 除非另有规定，否则 PAMM/MAM 或基金经理推荐的客户没有资格参与任何 Vantage 优惠活动。
3. 禁止客户将交易积分用于对冲仓位。如果发现违规行为，Vantage可能会撤销任何交易积分或通过对冲产生的利润。
