USDT Earn Boost 活动条款与条件
1.简介
本条款与条件（“条款”）适用于由 Vantage Global Limited（“Vantage”或“公司”）推出的 USDT Earn Boost 活动（“活动”）。该公司注册于瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC），注册编号为 700271。参与本活动即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款。
Earn Programme（理财计划）为一项可选功能，允许用户通过 Wallet 界面将数字资产分配给第三方服务提供商，以获取潜在收益。公司不运营、不管理或不提供 Earn Programme，亦不持有客户资产或决定任何收益。
2. 活动时间
本活动时间为 2026 年 4 月 20 日至 2026 年 5 月 20 日（以系统时间为准，“活动期间”），含起止日期。
3. 参与资格
本活动面向符合以下条件的客户开放：
- 持有有效的 V-Wallet 账户；
- 为符合资格的国家/地区居民。
4. 参与要求
参与本活动，客户需满足以下条件：
- 在活动期间，仅将 USDT 作为 Earn Assets 分配至 Earn Programme 下符合资格的 Flexible Earn 产品；
- 仅 USDT 的分配将计入活动奖励资格。其他数字资产（包括但不限于 USDC、BTC 和 ETH）不计入；
- 在符合资格的 Flexible Earn 产品中，维持每日结束时至少 1,000 USDT 的余额，方可计入当日奖励计算。
5. 赠金或奖励结构
- 符合资格的客户可获得基于额外年化利率（最高 10%）计算的活动奖励，适用于分配至符合资格 Flexible Earn 产品的 USDT Earn Assets。
- 活动奖励根据活动期间内的合格天数计算，每位客户最多计算 7 天。
- “合格天数”是指客户在符合条件的 Flexible Earn 产品中，当日收盘时余额不低于1,000 USDT的任何日历日
- 活动奖励仅适用于首 1,000 USDT 的合格余额。超过 1,000 USDT 的部分不计入奖励计算。

Vantage 有权取消以下参与者的资格：
- 违反本条款；

- 参与可疑交易或滥用交易行为，包括但不限于刷单（churning）、对冲（hedging）及任何形式的市场操纵。
7. 修改与终止
Vantage 有权自行决定修改、暂停或终止本活动或任何条款，包括从参与者账户中移除或扣除任何赠金，并取消通过交易赠金获得的利润。
该等措施可能因违反条款、可疑或滥用交易行为或赠金滥用而执行。任何更新或变更将通过电子邮件通知并在官网公布。
8. 适用法律与管辖

1. End-of-day（每日结束时间） 指 Vantage 系统时间 23:59:59。
2. System Time（系统时间） 指 MetaTrader（MT）系统时间，根据夏令时调整为 GMT+2 或 GMT+3。
3. V-Wallet 指可通过 Vantage 平台访问的钱包服务，受适用法律及资格限制约束。Vantage 提供访问该服务的渠道，但不存储或管理客户资金/资产。
4. Digital Assets（数字资产） 指比特币、以太坊或其他加密或数字资产或货币。
5. Earn Assets（理财资产） 指客户指示分配至 Earn Programme 的数字资产。
6. Earn Programme（理财计划） 指由 InFiFuture 提供支持，并通过一个或多个 Earn 服务提供商作为后台支持的可选收益服务，允许客户分配数字资产以获取潜在收益。
7. Flexible Earn（灵活理财） 指允许每日计息并可赎回的理财选项。
8. Eligible Client（符合资格的客户） 指符合本条款规定的参与资格条件的客户。
9. Eligible Countries/Regions（符合资格的国家/地区） 指客户可通过其客户端参与本活动的国家或地区，受当地法律法规约束。
10. Suspicious Trading Activity（可疑交易行为） 指 Vantage 基于合理判断认为可能影响其服务或市场完整性的行为，包括持有对冲仓位、利用低流动性或价格缺口，或进行滥用交易行为。详情请参阅官网客户协议。
一般条款
1. 参与本活动须客户维持有效的 V-Wallet，并满足 Vantage 及/或其卡片项目合作伙伴所要求的所有资格、身份验证、合规及审批要求。
2. 通过 PAMM/MAM 或资金管理人推荐的客户，除非另有说明，否则无资格参与任何 Vantage 活动。
3. 客户不得使用交易赠金进行对冲交易。如发现违规，Vantage 有权取消相关赠金或由此产生的利润。
4. 新账户需遵循 Vantage 的标准审批流程。客户有责任在申请前了解其所在地区的法律法规。
5. 客户应确保其交易行为符合自身风险偏好，本活动不旨在改变客户的风险承受能力或交易策略。
6. 客户同意对因参与活动而产生的任何索赔（包括违反条款或适用法律）对 Vantage 进行赔偿并使其免受损害。
