1. 简介

本条款和细则（“条款”）适用于由 Vantage Global Limited（“Vantage”或“公司”）提供的 V-Wallet 充值并免费领取 8 USDT 活动（“活动”）。Vantage 是一家在瓦努阿图金融服务委员会（VFSC）注册的公司，注册号为 700271。参与本活动，即表示您承认并同意遵守本条款。

2. 活动期间

本活动自 2026年6月11日至2026年7月11日（“活动期间”）有效，包含首尾两日。

3. 参与资格

本活动面向符合以下条件的客户：

必须持有可参与本活动的有效 STP、ECN、Premium、Perpetual 或跟单交易账户。
必须是符合条件的国家/地区的居民。

如果您在活动期间内没有看到该活动，则表示您不符合本活动的参与资格。Vantage 保留自行决定修改或终止本优惠的权利，恕不另行通知。

4. 参与要求

参与本活动，客户必须：

在活动期间内，单笔 V-Wallet 充值交易须至少达 300 USDT。
在符合资格的钱包入金后的 72 小时内，完成单笔从钱包到交易账户的转账，金额至少为 300 USDT。

5. 奖励机制

成功满足所有活动要求的符合资格客户可获得一（1）份 8 USDT 的奖励。
在适用的情况下，8 USDT 奖励将存入客户的符合资格 V-Wallet 账户中。
奖励成功发放后，符合资格客户可在历史记录的“奖励”部分查看其奖励记录。
每位符合资格客户在活动期间只能获得一次奖励。
奖励将按照先到先得的原则发放，仅限前 4,000 名经核实符合所有资格要求的合格客户。
奖励预计在活动结束后 15 个工作日内发放。实际发放时间可能因运营处理要求而有所不同。

6. 取消资格

7. 修改和终止

在不限制上述规定的前提下，如果客户的 V-Card 在任何时候被暂停、限制、终止、取消或以其他方式无法使用，无论是临时还是永久，无论出于何种原因，包括但不限于发卡机构或卡片计划合作伙伴采取的与合规、监管、法律、安全、欺诈预防、风险管理、资格或发卡机构要求相关的行动，Vantage 保留自行决定撤销、取消、扣留或部分或全部撤销与 V-Card 激活相关的任何促销优惠的权利。

这包括但不限于任何未使用的消费赠金、任何待处理、已累计或将来的现金回赠，以及任何尚未完全结算或发放的促销优惠。除非适用法律另有要求，否则对于任何被撤销、取消或撤销的促销优惠，本公司概不承担任何补偿责任。

1. 系统时间 指 MetaTrader（MT）系统时间，根据夏令时调整，运行时间为 GMT+2 或 GMT+3。

4. 符合资格客户 指符合本条款所规定的参与本活动资格标准的客户。

5. 符合资格国家/地区 指客户可通过其客户端参与本活动的国家或地区，且须遵守当地法律法规。

一般条款和细则

1. 参与本活动的客户必须持有有效的 V-Wallet，并满足 Vantage 和/或其卡片计划合作伙伴所要求的所有适用资格、身份验证、合规和批准要求。

2. V-Card 是一款仅用于符合资格的消费交易的支付产品。根据发卡机构和卡网络规则，此卡片不得直接或间接用于为保证金、杠杆、衍生品或交易活动提供资金。

3. V-Wallet 功能可能受地区可用性、资格要求和适用法律法规的限制。

4. 若因法律、法规、发卡机构的要求，或发现有滥用促销优惠、不当使用消费赠金、企图规避资格或限制等行为，Vantage 保留暂停、限制或终止客户参与本活动的权利。

5. 客户在参与活动前，有责任了解并遵守所有适用的当地法律、法规和发卡机构条款。

6. 客户同意赔偿并使 Vantage 免受因参与优惠活动而产生的任何索赔，包括违反条款或适用法律。

7. 如本条款的英文版本与任何翻译版本之间存在差异，以英文版本为准。
