Refer A Friend Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Refer A Friend ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Global Limited ("Vantage" or "the Company"), a company registered with the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under Registration No. 700271. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available from 26 June 2025 until further notice ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion may end earlier if the total bonus pool is fully allocated before the end date.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:
- Must have a STP, ECN, Perpetual or Copy Trading with Vantage.
- Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
- Referrers must not be Introducing Brokers (IBs) or CPAs themselves. Clients who are directly associated with an IB or CPA are not eligible to join the Promotion as referrers or referees.
4. Participation Requirements
To participate, referrer must:
- Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or Vantage APP;
- Complete face verification during opt-in.
To qualify for the referral reward, the referees must:
- Register via referrer’s unique referral link available in the Refer A Friend promotion page within Client Portal or Vantage APP;
- Open a live trading account;
- Complete their identity and face verification within 24 hours from date of registration;
- Complete a minimum of 4 lots and 10 trades on eligible Vantage products within 30 days from their date of registration.
Only closed trades opened longer than 10 minutes are considered toward meeting the trading requirement for this Promotion.
Only round-turn transactions in FX, Gold, Silver, Crude Oil and selected indices will be counted toward meeting the trading requirement for this Promotion. Please see below the required contracts equivalent to a standard lot size for Indices products.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure
- Referrers may only refer clients from their country of residence, up to 5 referrals.
- Referrers will receive USD$250 cash bonus per successful referral.
- Referees will receive a USD $100 cash bonus upon meeting the referral requirements.
- Please note that Vantage requires a 7 business day verification period to confirm completion and eligibility before any rewards are credited to Referrer’s live account.
- The total bonus pool for this Promotion is capped at USD$35,000.
6. Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates any of the Terms;
- Provides false information;
- Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.
7. Modification and Termination
Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
8. Local Laws and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
10. Liability
Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS
1. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.
2. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.
3. Referrer refers to an existing client of Vantage who invites a referee to join the platform using a unique referral link as part of the Promotion. Referrers must not be an Introducing Broker (IB) or CPA of Vantage.
4. Referee refers to a new client who is introduced to Vantage via the referrer’s unique link and successfully participates in the Promotion. Referees must not be linked to an Introducing Broker (IB) or CPA of Vantage.
5. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.
6. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promotion applies only to valid STP and ECN accounts. Cent accounts, USDT, BTC, and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless specifically stated.
2. Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are ineligible to participate in any Vantage offers unless otherwise specified.
3. Clients are prohibited from using trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage may revoke any trading credit or profits generated through hedging if violations are detected.
4. New accounts are subject to Vantage's standard approval processes. Clients are responsible for understanding their local laws and regulations prior to application.
5. Clients should ensure that their trading activities align with their individual risk preferences, as this Promotion is not intended to alter the client's risk appetite or trading strategy.
6. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage harmless from any claims arising from participation in offers, including violations of terms or applicable laws.
7. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
